Sitting here this morning while partaking breakfast with my wife a thought occurred to me.....If all these sealed indictments are unsealed at the same time and people around the country are arrested at the same time, will there be people in high ranking positions of power who will be swept up in the arrests? If yes, then Congressmen and Senators and Judges will be arrested and spend a day or two extracting themselves from the clutches of the law. Will there be a power vacuum within the House and Senate because there might be too few lawmakers available to vote on issues? How will an arrest affect the rest of their term? Will they have to automatically step down from office or fight the charges? Will their constituents demand their removal from office after hearing the charges against them?
I've read there is anywhere from 150k to 450k sealed indictments, so one can only surmise there will be some politicians involved in being arrested. Will they be actually tossed in a jail cell for some time or will their lawyers be able to free them with the understanding that they will appear in court at some future date? If they are to be held in a cell until their trial then how will they perform their sworn duties? Maybe some governors will replace them with temporary people until new elections are held, IDK.
Just wanted to toss this idea out there for you to chew on and see what the responses might be. I can foresee that if this kind of arrest happening makes its way down to city and town level the American people will be up against a new perspective they've rarely had to deal with, enmass. We shall see how it shakes out, but I bet this country will become a lot better in both getting rid of bad people and having our elected officials come to grips with doing the right thing, all the time.
That's kind of the point. Most people on here have speculated that when they're unsealed and the mass arrests happen, it'll cause a constitutional crisis that will cause the military to finally step in as a temporary government with Trump as the head (as commander in chief), and will also be the trigger for the massive global financial collapse that will tank housing, commercial real estate, most stock markets, commodity markets, etc. and cause gold, silver, etc. to sky rocket to absurd levels/prices.
How absurd? Asking for a fren.

Heh, not financial advice but we cover this every few months when someone asks. You can search for previous posts on the topic, but the general consensus is anywhere from 500-2K on the lower end, and 50K Plus on the higher end for silver, with 5-15K being a happy "consensus".
Gold is more like 20K minimum with the higher end being well over 100K (Some people far more autistic than me came up with figures in the 500K plus territory for a short period of time: Like a week or so, before crashing back down to "just" 100K), with the happy medium being around 50-80K.
Again, not financial advice, but like I said, this topic comes up every few months when someone new to the game asks, and this is the general consensus we've come to in my four, going on five years, on this site.
EDIT: I feel I should also point out, these numbers are generally speaking not sustainable long term, this is more like a once in a lifetime type of event (think like great depression on steroids) resulting from a once in a civilization level global economic crash as every fiat currency system on the planet crashes all at once. So it's not like it'll stay there FOREVER, but more like it'll peak for a few months, and then come back down to much higher, but more "reasonable" levels over time as the new financial system is established.
