“Arming these agents does not make the American public safer. My legislation, the Why Does the IRS Need Guns Act, would disarm these agents, auction off their guns to Federal Firearms License Owners, and sell their ammunition to the public.
Unless you live in a faggoty state like WA, OR, CO or others where your 2A rights are being infringed on a daily basis. What we need more, now than ever, is federal intervention to stop these unconstitutional gun and ammo restrictions / bans from taking place. There has to be some middle ground between state sovereignty and an intervention where there is a violation of a constitutional right.
Even states like WA which have otherwise clearly-defined 2A rights which are constitutionally-enshrined, it clearly doesn't matter to state leadership who are being allowed to whittle these protections away and implement fuckery such as magazine bans and permits to purchase.

Indeed.
Even so, it's nice to see the government selling arms to the public instead of their silly buy-back programs.
Since we don't need an IRS, it stands to reason that we also don't need armed IRS agents.
...wtf is a federal firearms license owner
An FFL, or in other words, anyone licensed to sell firearms, such as a gun store.
