I hope he goes and gets arrested by President Bukele. He has no authority to do this.

Exactly. Why does Van Hollen think he has the authority to go to El Salvador and demand entrance into one of their prisons to meet with an El Salvador citizen in prison because he's a gang member? Why would the authorities in El Salvador allow any of that, lol.
