It's amazing that any lower court judge even has any say whatsoever when it comes to Article II powers.
I would ignore the ruling.
These temporary delays aren't going to matter the Supreme Court is tired of this it will be an inconvenience for a minute or two in the end Trump will win just like he's won on 90% of them and the rulings he doesn't like he doesn't follow and simply says I follow the law which is on his side no judge can tell him what to do with immigration it is solely His responsibility not even the Supreme Court
