I ran a very successful online business that was royally fucked over by Google's Panda and Penguin algorithm changes in 2010. This was the end of "Do no evil" and the beginning of "Pay to Play". It was devasating losing half of our traffic overnight. Within a year I had to lay off my one employee. By 2014 I had to lay myself off. I am certain that they destroyed thousands of businesses like mine by rigging search.
Fuck you Google, Die in a Fire like Hillary.

Similar here. I get almost no search engine traffic to my site since I don't (won't) pay for adwords.
Right there with you, I lost 2 income producing sites. I was never able to recover the rankings. Still mad.
I spent about $10-15,000 trying to get my traffic back. It was an impossible, losing battle going against big tech like Amazon. Amazon was getting #1 or #2 in results that only I carried. It was a rigged search game and still is.
