Think about ----- the windows, when making the video were probably solid green (green screen). I would find it hard to fake a convincing excitement while looking at a green panel. They needed a better director and better acting.
I for one, would be glued to the window if this is real.
Just because you don't understand orbital mechanics doesn't make the launch fake. There's no extreme reentry heating when you aren't at orbital velocities
Are you confusing media celebrities with people who make sense? The best reaction I've heard was from William Shatner (paraphrased): "I looked out at space---and all I saw was death." Yep. Not a friendly environment. By a long shot.

They are just shallow people
The flight was real, the launches can be seen in person
Staged? Yes. Fake? No
OK ------ having to unlock the door from the outside, with a tool ------ fake, or real?
IMO ---- that part was obviously fake ----- so we know, FOR SURE, that part of it was fake.
Staged
Was there any video of the landing? How did it land on dry land, and no scorching of the re-entry capsule?

There were so many large windows available in eyesight, it didn't make any difference to get up close to a window; you still had a huge field of view.
Imagine you are up in a viewing tower, with a 360-degree view. It wouldn't make any sense to get up close to a window. Your view wouldn't improve.
wouldn't make sense to face the camera with teddy bears and a flower.
OMG LOOK the curvature of the Earth ------ no, it's please look at my fucking flower
