With so many fake studies, and questionable official information out there, is there any real solution for biofilm?
Personally when I used a homemade Baking Soda & Xylitol nasal rinse mix (1 part each added to a positive pressure style neti pot/squeeze bottle), it seems to force far more biofilm out of my sinuses & throat than any other mix I have used.
I wonder if there are any foods, liquids, supplements, etc... that can be used to help keep us healthy & remove the biofilm that bacterial colonies use to shield themselves.
Would love some suggestions from researchers/just listened to grandma individuals who happen to know what really works.
I saw some video shared on here from a guy who claimed to have won in their sovereign citizen (maybe some other definition) claim in courts. They also claimed they had a remedy for it that they would share with people who attended his class. Never could track that claimed remedy down.
Hoping this MAHA question helps more than just myself.
I would be VERY cautious in getting diatomaceous earth in your body! It is essentially the equivalent of microscopic broken glass! I've always heard that having broken glass in your digestive track is really bad.
The package usually contains warnings to be careful not to breathe the dust. From what I've read, that's the danger. I took a teaspoon stirred into a glass of water daily for a few months. Not sure if I had any biofilms before (or after), but the DE did begin a general detox.
Stubborn biofilm is quite the villain, hides chronic strep in sinuses etc, yeast in sinuses, and of course as you'd imagine, hard to get at. At the moment my mix for sinus wash is distilled water. Soda, sea salt, xylitol, and some iodine. My delivery system however is not adequate,I think I will get a sinus wash gadget rhat will pump it in better. Plus, get a nebulizer for hydrogen peroxide or for the hypochlorous acid, which I find intersting because veteriycin is apparently a very effective. Certainly is on dog skin issues.
