Not "the [F]ed."

Anons have speculated a number of things FED could stand for - I don't recall them now

possibly another meaning, but Q also leaves out “the” elsewhere where in context the Federal Reserve is the clear meaning: “ [Use FED to inc rates to counter growth and project POTUS blame]”
