Too small. There are caves (reservoirs) that have water and fuel but the rest of the place is fairly small and full of buildings on giant springs. The extra weight on the springs would likely flatten them as they were designed based on the expected weight of a number of people and expected equipment and supplies.

Note - I was stationed there for a year before I left for the 1st Gulf War.
