I have done it twice in San Diego and I agree , however , I do know another woman who got hurt big time , she did same , stood in front of him , telling him u can’t enter etc . The dude busted her nose and blackened her eye with his fist and then knocked her head into the friggin metal door jam . She went down , He took off, she went to hospital , it was major bad ! No arrest ! No press , so fked up !
OMG! my friend is a cop wife and ER nurse, well versed in self defense - we both advocate most women we know to come take self defense classes with us...physical safety first
My 5 foot 8 140 lbs buddy who isn't trained in any fight skill got bullied by a woman with a black belt in karate. She actually kicked him in the side. He knocked her out with one poorly thrown punch. If you don't know how a real fight works then you will lose.
That's absolutely true- I grew up with 7 brothers and learned VERY quickly the biological differences between the sexes! Getting punched in the mouth changes EVERYTHING- and a female cannot take a man's hit- period. We have to train diffetently- and keep fit, because escaping is the goal of any self defense move- NOT a fight like the movies.
