People have been talking about and studying and designing solar power satellites for the past 50 years. Nothing has happened. It far easier to build nuclear power stations on the ground. A profusion of intent means absolutely nothing in the world of deeds. So, you can't make the illogical jump from intent to deed, when deeds require more than intent.
What you see are persistent contrails from commercial aircraft, consisting of ice crystals from frozen water vapor. In other words, high-altitude clouds. And they persist as long as high-altitude clouds. Eventually, they evaporate into the air, like high-altitude clouds. Completely unconnected from any geoengineering plot.
I live in the approach-departure corridor to a major international airport. I have seen these all the time for the past 40 years. They are a form of cloud. And if you are suspicious of clouds, I can guarantee you would not enjoy the Pacific Northwest.

40 years ago, I’d watch the planes fly over, and see the contrails. They were short, and they disappeared quickly.
10ish years ago I started seeing long, persistent “contrails” that would spread out and change into large cloud formations over time, in a much dryer region than the Pacific Northwest.
Something changed.
At the same time, the “rich psychopath” class, such as Billy and whatnot, were talking about deliberate geoengineering at conceptual levels to combat muh climate change. They never said specific companies they were funding that I heard, but observed visuals changed.
Do I know these things are correlated, or what they mean? No, but you’ve brought up a valid point at the very least.
“Name names.” is not an unfair demand. Observation alone is insufficient to draw conclusions from.
Forty years ago, the airplanes were using early-generation turbofans and were flying at LOWER ALTITUDES, where the relative humidity was lower. You need to catch up with the times.
High altitudes are dryer than lower altitudes. But the relative humidity is higher and the temperature is COLDER, thus making it difficult for the ice crystals to sublimate. Relative humidity is NOT absolute humidity.
So, yeah. Something changed. Airliners are flying at higher altitudes. And that's all that it is. Nothing to do with Bill Gates or anyone.
That's why you ask questions of people who can give you answers. Don't fly solo in matters of aeronautics and atmospheric physics. (The only thing about advanced turbofans is that they have higher bypass ratios, which make it possible to fly at higher altitudes.)

Not all of us are engineers familiar with the finer points of turbofan physics, and go by what we observe and know. 🙃
