Florida voted for it but it doesn't go into effect until July.

Was in Daytona Beach for the week. Criss Cross strips every day. On the west coast there has been an improvement
It seems on Fla west coast there has been improvement, but time will tell.

Tennessee has had this for over a year now, or close to not, and I haven’t seen a change. Just when I think the skies seem clearer…strips everywhere.
