Don't underestimate the sheep factor in Canada. This country was built upon loyalty to the King of England after the American Revolution. The MSM is extremely powerful and heavily subsidized by the Liberal government.
Nobody here thinks that way anymore, except for the shrinking Liberal contingent. It was clearly a stolen election. Sadly, Trump pulled the rug out from under a near-guaranteed Conservative win.
