DARPA is responsible for so much and is answerable to so few. DOGE them immediately. Trillions of off budget $'s can make any nightmare you can imagine a reality. And apparently they have.

Evergreen Air and their endless resources on hand were totally disbanded!

The same way Project LIFE-LOG was disbanded, and their LEADERSHIP AND GOV WORKERS TRANSITIONED TO FACEBOOK.

They spray it in the air. Anything it is in can be manipulated by frequency.
