Probably the origins of HAARP and whatever they are doing in Antarctica etc. all around the globe to heat up the ionosphere.

Nothing to do with HAARP. Or Antarctica. And the ionosphere is hot enough all by itself, thanks to the Sun (but is meaningless to us, because it is mostly vacuum).

I think some of Tesla‘s ideas were co-opted by DARPA et-al and are in use today by the cabal for nefarious purposes.
