I am buying papaya seed oil, pumpkin seed oil and pomegranate arils (or pomegranates), and kombucha. Any more I should add to the list? I have a nasty Candida flare up and I know the Big Pharma recommended prescription is not going to help with this. Already tried it before without success.

Are you saying Mebendazole can be used instead of Fluconazole to treat Candida?
If so, suppose I take Mebendazole to treat this, what would the daily dose be? I have the 100 mg ones, so I should just take it once a day after a fatty meal or what?
62 species of candida, of which approx 5 are medically relavent.
Mebendazole is 1° anti-parasititic, not antifungal and i cant comment on it's efficacy. Although it's shown promise in cryptococcal fungal infection.
Drug should be tailored to specific species, but C. albicans is most common.
To have a systemic candida infection points to a weaken immune system most of the time.
Drugs are classified according to their initially-approved purpose, but they can be used for multiple purposes, especially if they work in multiple ways in the body, because the subsequent indications may utilize different actions.
Preachin' to the choir!
I am not a doctor - but it appears that a typical dosing schedule is 100mg twice per day for at least 3 days. It does not appear to matter if taken with or without food.
If it were me, I would do the 3 day routine every other week for 6 weeks and evaluate progress.
