I am buying papaya seed oil, pumpkin seed oil and pomegranate arils (or pomegranates), and kombucha. Any more I should add to the list? I have a nasty Candida flare up and I know the Big Pharma recommended prescription is not going to help with this. Already tried it before without success.

I have done this many times, fren. Like others have said, be ready for a herxheimer reaction. It usually hits me day to and through day 3. Make sure your bowels are moving well and use activated charcoal for first few days in evening at least. Drink a lot of clean water!
Pau D'Arco is a good tea for eradicating candida. Black seed oil, berberine, and NAC are great. MSM, zinc and selenium helpful.
I use Lugol's iodine nearly daily. I have even tried the turpentine (do your research)!
The thing is consistency over time. Watch for return of symptoms - carb craving, acidity, brain fog, rashes, digestive issues. Try to mitigate at beginning rather than wait for many to appear. Over time and with consistency of diet and occasional intervention, I rarely have symptoms now.
Good luck!
How did the gum spirits work for you? I hear different things, but a lot of people say it is the most effective treatment they ever did. I'm kinda freaked out about it but my candida is crazy and having systemic issues like brain fog, blurry vision, terrible digestion, and feeling like shit.
I honestly didn't notice a huge payoff, compared to other protocols I've used. I only did it used it for two days straight. Perhaps if it was a longer run. Good luck, I commiserate! Mine has been more in check with dietary changes and fasting one day/week.
