Mine is really mild but my son is still struggling so I am going to give it a whirl and see what happens. I'm doing 1 tsp twice a day. It's kinda gross but not too bad. I am sure I stink and just can't smell it but a girl's gotta do what she's gotta do.
I'm only two days in. I thought it subsided totally for awhile yesterday but not 100 percent sure. Went into a quiet room and couldn't hear it at all. Came back. But that was the first break in the constant really mild buzzing in my left ear that I have had for months. I will keep you all posted.
Where are you guys buying DMSO? I can't seem to find it locally.
Tractor supply, or local feed store will have the gel. Look in the horse section. Liquid can get on Amazon. 70/30 dmso/aloe is great. Less smell than the 99%

I am taking 1 tsp twice a day in around 1/2 cup of diet cranberry juice and I bought it on Amazon. Nature's gift is the brand and I got the 8 fluid oz bottle 99.9% pure. I have read a number of books about it most recently DMSO handbook for Doctors by Archie H Scott. Seemed like 1tsp twice a day is a pretty common dose and I opted for oral ingestion because we are pretty sure we both have tinnitus from auditory nerve damage, which is more of a brain than an ear thing.
