Is there any consensus on this Board as to what this means? I have seen many comments over the past 18 months that these are either the Storm, or have to do with the bad guys being rounded up, or are just a "normal" part of the system, etc.
Q’s quote about manpower makes me think of the military. They have manpower galore and according to Q, the military is the only way. Are some of these indictments coming from JAG?
I wonder how many of these sealed indictments name citizens who are being accused of acting as enemy combatants who are thus liable under military jurisdiction. I assume they will need to prove that to the judge’s satisfaction in each case unless there is some sort of RICO/enemy combatant hybrid approach they can use.

The consensus I've seen is that these indictments comprise the list of traitors, including pedophile networks and other organized gangs, that will be rounded up quickly once the order is given.

Regarding the necessary manpower, 470 is mentioned above.
470th Military Intelligence Brigade
The Brigade consists of:
🟢 312th Military Intelligence Battalion
🟢 717th Military Intelligence Battalion
🟢 377th Military Intelligence Battalion (Army Reserve)
Typically a Battalion consists of 400 - 1,000 soldiers.
A brigade is 2,000 - 8,000 soldiers.
