Probably a solid announcement on ending income tax, and/or hinting at ending property tax altogether. These are two things he wanted to do away with that will each or both certainly end the Fed Bank.
The difficulty with property tax is that it is collected at the state level.
Ending the Federal Income tax and the Federal Reserve is a far easier thing to do by a president.
if property tax is made unconstitutional on the federal level, it would be made unconstitutional on the state level by default. no state laws can supersede the federal gov
you cannot challenge the constitutionality of taxes. its a losing fight.
property taxes are an assessment on businesses, which you claim to be when you sign for your mortgage. that alone ties you into the scam.
easiest analogy would be the right to travel.
you can move your property (car) from point a to point b. no license required. if youre going to use the road as your place of business (for profit, aka truck drivers, taxi, etc...) then an ONLY THEN is a license required.
same with property taxes. if youre not running a business on your property then no tax can be assessed. but wait, you generate income (no you dont but you told them you do). on paper you are a business.
tldr; written laws are not the problem, its the interpretations that make it a problem.
