The difficulty with property tax is that it is collected at the state level.
Ending the Federal Income tax and the Federal Reserve is a far easier thing to do by a president.
if property tax is made unconstitutional on the federal level, it would be made unconstitutional on the state level by default. no state laws can supersede the federal gov
you cannot challenge the constitutionality of taxes. its a losing fight.
property taxes are an assessment on businesses, which you claim to be when you sign for your mortgage. that alone ties you into the scam.
easiest analogy would be the right to travel.
you can move your property (car) from point a to point b. no license required. if youre going to use the road as your place of business (for profit, aka truck drivers, taxi, etc...) then an ONLY THEN is a license required.
same with property taxes. if youre not running a business on your property then no tax can be assessed. but wait, you generate income (no you dont but you told them you do). on paper you are a business.
tldr; written laws are not the problem, its the interpretations that make it a problem.
You are consenting to be assessed and taxed via registration with the COUNTY CORPORATION RECORDER. You have two options to remedy (works best and least complicated if mortgage is paid off):
Deregister your "REAL PROPERTY" from the COUNTY RECORDER by converting your fraudulently converted land back to the land patent via tracing of title back to original land patent and posting of your land patent claim for ~6 months in a public space in case anyone wishes to challenge it. Then file paperwork with the COUNTY RECORDER as a land patent with allodial title (not "restricted user title" which is what "real property" means). "Real property" is a legal, corporate construct to allow a transfer of assets from common law to corporate law (maritime law) jurisdiction. expand it out to the suffrage movement. the point is, it was allowed to happen. (if you ever sue, never for suffering, always for harm, the legal world has a bunch of propriety definitions that would screw you over)
you can fight in an article 3 court but they always find a way to pull you back into article 2, where you gave less rights.

Unless the CORPORATE states, counties, and cities are actually part of the Executive Branch via ownership by the U.S. Treasury Dept. This appears to be the current unconstitutional state of affairs with the corporate Municipal Service Corporation overlays at all levels (created by and overlaid by the American BAR CORPORATION and its subsidiaries).
Counties (MSC overlays) are currently part of Executive branch as subsidiaries of Treasury Dept, according to my research.
Which is why it will be the income tax. I've been saying it a while now. As soon as Canadians see no income tax in the US, they will want some of that.
We Canadians already see US citizens paying significantly less tax, and we continue to pay our taxes and live with reduced rights rather than be free. I wish I had figured out earlier that I'm actually an American at heart and I would have moved there long ago. Now I have a wife and college-aged kids that are keeping me here. I also have trouble with the cold winters. Ultimately, given the choice between living under the protection of a properly defended US Constitution but still paying high taxes and suffering through cold winters and living in Southern California with zero taxes, I'd choose the former over the latter. I don't think a lot of my fellow Canadians would.

Well stated! One question -
What if I have no mortgage though - why then am I taxed, since it's just a concrete box I live in?

Setup a common law trust and transfer title to the trust, removing it from the COUNTY CORP corporate bylaw jurisdiction. Have the trust purchase with Constitutional money (gold or silver eagles) from you or your LLC if possible: https://www.freedomradio.us/vof/index.php/en/services/pure-trust-organizations

scam = Fraud = invalid
I am not a corporation or dead either.
do you have a social security number? if so your a second class citizen.
the order is god -> man -> government -> citizen. each made by the previous with less rights (for a lack of a better word) than the previous.
the legal definition of suffering is here: https://thelawdictionary.org/suffer/

Mortgage itself in illegal.
no its not just like taxes ARE constitutional. making stupid statements like this is a testament to how little people really know.
the idea of a mortgage was that the national debt would cover your loan and tarrifs would cover the national debt.
the scam here is that they were supposed to give you that money. what do they do instead? they kept it, lend it to you and charged you interest.
we used to tax foreigners for the benefit of our people, now its reversed. trumps reversing it back.
Mort = dead
I pay no federal property tax. The feds cannot tell a state how to fund its government. (taxes)
