If you're looking at google maps from Mexico, it's the Gulf of Mexico. If you're looking at google maps from the US, it's the Gulf of America. If you're looking at google maps from Canada, It's both.
At least it was a while back when I last checked. I love how google does that in different countries when there's areas in claim disputes.
