Very safe per that vehicle VIP "ring formation". That's the protective formation used when anticipating suicide vehicle or RPG attack. The protective vehicles are expected to move into the path of attack and sacrifice themselves if necessary. They probably had air overwatch during that whole transit as well. This is very, very tight security. The tightest I have seen recorded.

A very special type of antimissile Tech exists that uses a radar return from the missile, bounced back-and-forth between the radar and the missile while simultaneously massively amplified, to destroy the missile a la "directed energy" (via 'radar' essentially)
