IMHO, IF she's compromised via blackmail and/or bribery (rather than being an unhinged lefty), she's a prime candidate to offer to "flip" to save herself/lessen what SHOULD happen to her. (If she's just an unhinged lefty, throw the book at her and make an example of her.)
