Presumed to be in honor of Trump's visit and agreements with UAE in which Dubai is located. Trump did 3x big visits so far: 1. Saudi Arabia, 2. Qatar, and 3. UAE; Qatar and UAE are on SA's northeast border with UAE just southeast of Qatar which is basically a peninsula sticking out into Persian Gulf roughly 2/3 the way to Kuwait. UAE is directly across from Iran at the narrowest point of the Persian Gulf with strong incentive to make peace with Iran due to proximity.
