It depends on how you do the accounting (e.g. whether to include quoted posts).

Also there are some like #2730 that have "Q+++" and should that be included?

For me the ones you'd want to count as having meaning are say, the signatures on original posts.

Hmm. I don't see how an Anon writing Q+++ is a signature from Trump. 36 posts contain Q+ and 34 (17x2 uh huh) are signed Q+. Interestingly there are 17 posts that contain "+++".
