Pretty much laid in bed ( I still moved around and did stuff, just not much), drank water , and let it pass.

Taking Fenben ....stopped it for the time being but resumed when the Herx cleared up.

Not yet....lol, but I am ramping up the Fenben on another 30 day + of everyday usage

Since the Herx and the short break I have avg taking it 2-3 times a week for reference.
