Can't give you the name for an herbologist, but ... If you work to change the detox pathway (i.e., from lungs & lymph to detoxing through the colon which has a much greater elimination capacity with symptoms that are not so painful), a regular enema or diuretics will do that for you. If you drink a few glasses of heavily salted water, the salt helps draw out the toxins and performs like a diuretic by provoking diarrhea to eliminate the toxins. You'll have to rehydrate afterwards.
Again, eliminating through the colon is quicker, more efficient, and less painful than what it sounds like you went through. And maybe go a bit slower with a lower dose next time. Good luck!
Tr: Herx reaction - you did the best thing which is to drink electrolytes. Water will come up again, literally. One needs to ease it in with electrolytes.
In such emergencies, I also find a jar of applesauce handy. With a spoon. Anytime the panic starts, swallow one tablespoon of it. Focus on it cooling your stomach. This workss for acid reflux too - i've discovered recently - At first, you will be needing it every 15 minutes, by the bed, and then your body will start calming down and it will become once an hour or so, and then you can sleep.
People don't realize the symptoms of intense thirst from kidneys being in distress: it can make you feel like you are going to die. And usually, they'll take some mediation to feel better, and only make things worse. (They will claim they 'took a painkiller, because I felt so bad, and it didn't work', etc.).
The drill is. Drink a pint of electrolyte-laced water, and then decide whether you need XX. Headaches, rashes, bowel stoppage, sore urethra, you name it.
So, these days, I gift eletrolytes to people, because it is so easy to forget to drink, especially for slightly demented oldies. Wait, let me fetch you a glass.
Also: Ivermectin is a parasite cleanse, and in a normal dose will loosen the bowels marvelously.
Epsom salts baths are good too. Really. Bathe in them using a cupful in the bath. Take a bottle of electrolyes with you and pretend you are 'taking the waters'...
Yes, the point was: Natural herbs (and spices) can be too strong if used incorrectly. Culpeper recommended putting just a little bit on the tongue, and observing the effects on the body closely for at least half an hour (especially in the case of roots and fungi). If ok, do it again with a slightly bigger piece, and see if the symtoms one is trying to fix actually are relieved. So - a trial-and-error/safety method that can be used by pedes, as proscribed by the diligent, medieval proto-scientist.
In the case of the dandelion coffee, I perked it up just as if it was regular coffee, and then drank two cups of it. I was in agony. I should have used just a little bit at first (but I hadn't studied Culpeper, then). Dandelion root is a strong diuretic, especially if one drinks like three dried tablespoons worth, in one sitting. I should have started with one teaspoon. And really, I should have addressed my sugar-and-carb consumption first, as that was what was bothering my kidneys. [sigh].
I have since discovered that coffee is fine for me, as long as it is organic. Turns out, I was reacting (hives etc.) to the farming methods, not the product itself.
OK, this revolving drama requires some experiments:
you could try, to start at the beginning - i.e. beef, tallow, salt and water for three weeks (are symptoms gone? Getting better, maybe six weeks), At first you might try a steak a couple times a day, or if feeling really poorly, a 'beef tea' (One pound ground beef - One pint water - salt to taste. Boil slowly, and skim the scum off. Drink the broth. My teenage, forever gaming, not ime to eat, son still loves to do just meatballs boiled in salt water. Maybe eat the meat if hungry.) <trust me, I've seen Doctor's scripts from Victorian times (pre rothchild medicine) recommending this.
and then add anything (food or otherwise) in, ONE at a time - I suggest starting with Whey protein smoothies - because in the Middle ages infirmeries had this as a documented recovery medicine/food.
If you break out or experience any symptoms, that's the one food to avoid. Three days later, try another item. If it feels good, it can become a 'thing' - oh joy. I can do butcher-made sausage (gluten free) and gluten-free shop-bought bread now - with saurkraut, even. Major accomplishment. Krautdogs.
or: You could cut out one item at a time, and see if the symptoms go away. This method seems easier, but is harder to control, because sometimes the symptoms take longer than one day to go away. My ruematism (I rue it) from wheat takes at least 72 hours to clear (I can hardly get up, then). However, this method only works, by starting at the most major known allergens, such as wheat, chocolate, oranges, peanuts or legumes entirely, potato/tomato family, pepper family, etc (Do your research - there are plenty of top-ten lists). And of course anything that has a pharmacuetical effect, like any herbs and supplements you are taking. <Trust me, that second process took me nearly two decades, and I eliminated things untill I was down to the first example, plus white rice, lettuce and cabbage, only. It was easy to give up those last three and let my body recover from the abuse. And, I will forever thank Mikhaila Peterson.
BTW, although there is a lot of scare-mongering re:parasites - to counter this: meat (especially beef) is surprisingly low on that parasite Richter-scale. Pork and Chicken -check source don't get the cheap shit, and add in later - see if you like it). If your skin is worried about minced beef (it happens) it's because it has been exposed to air too long - buy bigger pieces of meat.
With enough good animal fat (make a point of buying some) in the mix, this diet will aid in the elimination of parasites nicely.
TMI, but one's poos get narrow, and soft and long, and it eliminates the booboo bacteria and things.
BTW. I notice you are taking senna - that can be a rash-causing hyper-ventilating major allergen, just saying. On the other hand, constipation can cause all sorts of issues, including rashes, hard to breathe, extreme nausea, etc.
The softest way to dislodge that sh*t is to take a pinch of epsom salts, and a pinch of salt, in a glass of luke-warm water, take it in the morning, first thing. But also: think about what is causing that impaction re: food you are eating: sugar can be an issue (or it can cause the opposite, depends; or bran can also be a problem (unlike what we were told all those years) - it swells up and 'scrapes' your insides something wicked - it can even contribute to other issues.
Apple sauce is good for loosening up things gently, just saying LOL, as is Ivermectin.
For acid/sour stomach I keep chocolate Hagen daz in the freezer - one tablespoon swings your pH gently and quickly to alkaline. The reason this specific brand is because it's made with minimal crap AND the chocolate is processed with alkali, which does what we need.
Lately, while doing chlorine dioxide, herx reactions have been more prevalent. Typically woken up in the middle of the night with hives, severe itching etc.
I'm gonna get some applesauce and try your suggestion - Thank you!
PSA: If you are experiencing a Herx reaction, DO NOT take a Benadryl!!! It will make it worse!!!
I posted earlier about a Herbalist Ken Conklin @ black flag botanical aid station and look what I just found. He's in the podcast called Frontline for freedom talking about the Covid shots, the military. Quite eye opening!
Yes. Click on make appointment and it will open up. He is a " small" holistic Herbalist and most likely working on the web site. I'm under the impression that he is not interested in " mass production " type of healing. He's humble and offers personalized treatment. I was told that he has helped the soldiers that was under him with their PTSD and that why I went to him because I suffered from childhood trauma and parasite damage.
He customized herbal tinctures and It worked without me having to take any pharmaceuticals which I'm against. I dont trust the medical profession anymore.
I contacted him through his email.

When the " Covid" shutdown happened and I read about Invermectin, I started taking the horse paste. I discovered I was loaded with parasites from the evidence shown in the toilet and I also went through the Herx reaction. Liver Flukes affects the liver so I got scared and reached out to him. He was well aware of parasites and what damage they to to our bodies. He knew about parasitic infections first hand from being in third world counties.
Thank you for having an open mind about parasites. Every living organism has them and I believe most of our illnesses stems from parasitic infestation . The problem is, people refuse to believe they have worms. It's too disgusting.
I’ve done the same parasite cleanse that you tried to do this week, and here’s my advice. The fact that you had such a violent reaction tells me you have a lot of parasites. This is actually good news because now you know that they exist and are something that you want to eliminate. I’m not sure what your dosing was, but I would stick with the three products that you purchased originally, and use smaller amounts and taper your way up to the recommended dosage. Perhaps half the recommended dosage, and then once a day.
The Herxheimer results are because when parasites die, they put off ammonia in your system, and you need to be able to eliminate that ammonia. When you’re doing a parasite cleanse you need to make sure that you’re not constipated, and that you’re drinking lots of water to flush out the toxins. Also, you can take something been called Ornithine. I cut and pasted some info from the Internet about that product.
**Ornithine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid that plays a crucial role in the urea cycle, which is the body's primary method of removing excess nitrogen. It's not directly used to build proteins but serves as an important intermediate in various metabolic processes. Ornithine is also involved in the synthesis of other amino acids like arginine, proline, and citrulline, as well as creatine.
**The urea cycle is a metabolic pathway that removes ammonia, a toxic byproduct of amino acid metabolism, from the body and converts it into urea for excretion. This cycle primarily takes place in the liver and involves a series of enzymatic reactions to convert ammonia into urea, which is then transported to the kidneys for elimination in urine.
Just because you had a bad reaction the first time, doesn’t mean you should stop doing it. The three products that you are taking are the best at killing all parasites in your gut. Give yourself a couple days to rest, and then start over using half the amount of what you were doing before. Make sure to take the Ornithine, as it will help to process the extra ammonia in your system and eliminate it!
Please get back to me with your progress. I’m excited to hear about this. I’ve been doing these cleanses for over 15 years and doing frequencies zapping but that’s a whole different subject, but it’s another way to kill parasites in your body. Good luck on your journey.!
I don’t think you should be paying a herbalist, to do your cleanses. Just start out slow, and work your way through it. If you’re having severe reactions like you described, just make sure that you’re in a place that you can do the cleanses without it affecting your job and your life. So plan around events and work, and stick to it.
Clearly there are some parasitic reactions, and it means it’s working 😂 but sometimes it sucks when you have to go through the tough part! They are hosts in your body. They don’t want to leave, but you’re kicking them out and they’re gonna fight all the way…. Make sure you drink a lot of water to flush out your system. Take a laxative if you have to, but don’t get constipated.
Once you make it out the other side, you’ll feel much more healthier. Don’t be surprised if foods seem very salty or very sweet once you get rid of your parasites. They crave sugar and carbs. I’m excited to hear about your journey and healing.!
If you want a DM me you can because there’s so much more to say, but I don’t want to get super gross on PDW!
I don’t know what you took, but I do know you need a binder to get that crsp out of your system. If what you took didn’t have that, look for some activated charcoal tablets / capsules. I believe that can be used as a binder according to my understanding
Also eating super clean, organic if possible, no sugar no meat will help you not have an inflammatory response to what the detox is doing. Maybe you did that already but just in case you didn’t that could really help.
Eating clean isn’t exactly a thing. (I would consider processed food to be unclean- eating clean is influencer lingo) I don’t agree that animal foods are inflammatory, quite the opposite. Plant foods are hard to digest. Chicken and beef Broth is very soothing. It’s what should be fed to babies if breast milk is unavailable. Not soy or typical milk type formulas.
But that’s my experience!😁
Why aren’t you using ivermectin or fenbendazole?
My horse colic’d from a worm overload.
I would use above mentioned drugs for 5 days, then treat once in seven days and then again in 21 days to hit the life cycles. When worms die off they can release all kinds of toxic shit. Literally.
When it comes to parasites I don’t fuck around. I would never give herbals to a horse. These drugs are very safe and truly effective. I have never had a truly effective herbal or essential oil or many natural things cure anything. I’ve tried a lot. I always end up dissatisfied with the result. Sure there’s lot’s of big Parma meds that don’t work or have side effects. But, that’s a different topic,

Ouch and barf.

Definitely clearing the bowels first before a parasite cleanse is a must!
Just remember to also drink lots of water/electrolytes. All that toxic stuff has to come out somehow.
Agreed - I recommend the powdered Pedialyte sticks.

NO ADVICE .....but I had a Herx reaction that really fkd me up for about 2.5 to 3 days.
Breathing was brutal, heart racing like a MOFO....tired AF
Pretty much laid in bed ( I still moved around and did stuff, just not much), drank water , and let it pass.
Taking Fenben ....stopped it for the time being but resumed when the Herx cleared up.
Were you ALSO taking ivermectin at the same time???
Or just the fenbendazole?
just fenben
Hmm... I didn't know fenbendazole could cause a herx reaction... interesting.
I've only done ivermectin, but have a tube of fenbendazole horsey paste here...
I eas going to try it like ivermectin because it gets so many more parasites than ivermectin does...
Gonna get some applesauce...
Did you see that comment by u/Sadness ?
Not yet....lol, but I am ramping up the Fenben on another 30 day + of everyday usage
Since the Herx and the short break I have avg taking it 2-3 times a week for reference.
Why on earth are you taking that much fenben?
