People need to realize this.
I’ve learned that when congress refers to States it actually only refers to DC, Guam, Puerto Rico and other territories.
When the legislation refers to States of the Union or the several States, then it is referring to the 50 states of the union.
So...we're firing all these beurocrats in the government and replacing them with AI...?
