The judges actually don't have that power. They can't rule on any case unless the defendant is in front of them (courtroom). They also don't have the power to override an Executive Branch decision. This is exactly why I know Trump is letting them do this crap to 1) out themselves as DS pawns, 2) show the people how bad thing really are.
Also how do these judges propose to enforce their ruling? The DOJ is who would make the arrests. Good luck with that because the DOJ is part of the Executive Branch.
