I'm from Louisiana! Yes Cassidy is definitely a RINO. I dug into the sources of his campaign donations - they come mainly from big Pharma and big medical. Plus over $422K from Pro-Israel lobbies.

Join the RINO Hunting Club in your area. I've been a member here in my state for several years. Just do a search. My state has theirs on a FB page and I don't do FB but we have an email correspondence list to stay in touch and get informed about meetings.
