Look into Paul Linus when it comes to Vit C, he did a lot of studies on vitamin C. He won a Nobel Prize in Chemistry based on his research. Also for my Anons who like to lift weights watch out for L-citrulline, its the precursor for L-arginine, this will interfere with L-Lysine as well and most if not all pre workout supplements have both in them.
