The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday night granted an administrative stay and allowed President Trump to keep the National Guard deployed in Los Angeles… for now.
I think the whole Court system needs to looked at closely. If judges make decisions that is then easily overturned in a higher Courts due to misunderstanding or misrepresenting the law then these judges need to be stood down without pay.
What if the District Court judge attempting to block Trump’s use of NG was on the Sinaloa cartel accountant ledger as receiving cartel payments? This would be from a rumored recent raid on Sinaloa bankers and accountants (possibly done in LA area last week?). Things may already be VERY SPICY behind the scenes.

During Trump's 1st term he remade the 9th. Not completely Red but close. I don't know what it is now, but it can't be too different - it hasn't been long enough. Zero made mistakes and Mitch actually did the right thing back then and held the judge vacancies for Trump to fill.
