Looks to me,like the state of California was ripping off the federal govt. Back when I went to school,their was federal grant money that went to the schools in cases like this.
I wonder if it was the colleges that were the applicants? Aren't those monies paid directly to the schools to avoid being spent by the students before tuition is paid?
When will the DOJ treat the Democrats as the one big RICO case they are? How much corruption, coercion, fraud, blackmail, theft, sedition and treason needs to happen before real action is taken?
