I was calling this months ago when Norway was complaining they had to shut down their humanitarian programs in other countries because they were actually funded by USAID money that had been cut by DOGE. I just didn't expect it to come out so soon.
This USAID thing goes far everywhere. In Ireland and I know a Chinese woman (who is not an Irish citizen) who is employed by an Irish charity company that is funded by USAID. She had to worry about losing her job after the DOGE cuts, but thankfully kept hers.
Meanwhile I'm an American struggling to get a decent job after my Masters.

Sadly today, someone studying Lesbian dance theory would have a better chance at obtaining a job in the US than someone in tech and finance.
I assume it's the government that funds all these shit-jobs, which explains why people in ESG get so much money.
