The US embassy in Israel was struck 6 days ago by Iranian missiles, the US had every legal validity to strike Iran.
That US embassy was legally, US soil, so in essence, if Iran wanted the US to stay out of the conflict they should not have sent in a missile strike onto US soil.
The war powers act of 1973 allows Trump to strike back after the embassy attack and all Trump needs is to notify congress of his response in writing within the next 48hrs of the mission.
No... the most significant illegal and unconstitutional military strike... was when Obama executed the members of Seal Team Six... simply because they knew Osama Bin Laden was still alive and that they had mistakenly killed a body double.
Obama couldn't be embarrassed... so he had over 35 U.S. special forces soldiers executed by setting up their helicopter to be shot down.
Don't talk about illegal or unconstitutional unless you want to discuss that.
It was a lot of things, but it wasn’t unconstitutional.
Yes. So? No one takes us seriously anyway.
