There are potentially many reasons why Trump's actions are entirely constitutional, but one reason would be the EO 13848 declaring a national emergency based on the threat of foreign powers interfering in US elections.
Its already been widely reported that China and Iran have signed joint military agreements, technology transfers, intel sharing and even trading with oil (violating US sanctions).
By Kash releasing the preview of the documents implicating CCP's role in US election fraud, hence triggering the sanctions under the emergency powers of EO, along with Iran's close military partnership with china violating US sanctions, he is sending a very strong message, to anyone who might be thinking of questioning the constitutionality of Trump's bombing.
Forcing the SCOTUS to rule on the constitutionality, for instance, might create the perfect setup for the whole 2020 fraud to come tumbling down.

Getting to the point where the vast majority of Americans demand election reform to ensure fair elections in the future is the point of all this because there is no way to right the wrong caused by the fraudulent 2020 election. Biden will go down in history with an asterisk next to his term as pResident and future generations will look back with scorn on those that perpetrated the fraud. That will equate to America First patriots holding a majority in legislatures across the country.

I know technology has improved somewhat over the years. But many years ago I read that it took boots on the ground to mark the targets so the bombs/misses hit their targets. How do you get to a clean house first? Optics are necessary to ensure we never ever need Optics.

My best analogy is - think of a movie script where the bad guys are in the house with a gun pointed to your back but the rest of the family does not know it. Everything you do from that point has three goals:
Keep the bad guy from becoming suspicious of your actions, and pretend to follow his instructions.
Keep your family calm without making them realise that you are all in grave danger
Plan your moves to neutralize the bad guy.
This is what Optics are all about. In a situation like that, you cannot tell the truth to everyone - the moment you try you will have a few dead bodies in the house.
Once you have neutralised the bad guy, then you can tell the full truth and then you will have a clean house.
