I’m going to assume that it would be entirely proper for Biden to have been presented with a large stack of pardons (for example) with a summary page for him to sign. One actual signature to authorize hundreds of Autopen signatures.
The key here is that this didn’t likely happen and there is no record of that. Without proof that it happened then it didn’t happen and that would make the subsequent Autopen signatures novelties with no force of law.
