I ran a search and found that, I dont know who either of these people are or what points they tried to make, but the framing of the article suggests that the atheist lost so badly he threatened the debate hosts with lawsuits if they didn't take the episode down. Dont know if that is the sort of thing you had in mind - but if so I'm sure there are others out there.
