I'm getting a lot more mainstream media / cabal talking points in my Grok responses it seems. It started a few weeks ago, can't say exactly when. At least it seems that way to me. What do you all think?

I suspect there's an influence operation, likely using Bots or other AI to interact with Grok for the purpose of shifting its viewpoint. Wouldn't surprise me if periodic resets of portions of it's memory may be needed to counter the attack and allow it to maintain a more neutral and factually based stance.
Rhetorical question? That AI searches will be biased to the left is a foregone conclusion.
But Grok was originally different. I think Elon had tried to make it"based" but I feel it's losing its basedness.

DEFINITELY.
Much of it is largely dependent on training data and the sources of said Data. The Right almost completely abandoned the Arts, Academia, and most other methods that would serve as potential generators for training data. Not to mention places training the people who go on to build said AI.
That and they have to lobotomize AI semi-regularly. It has a tendency to return offensive or racist responses after a while. In part due to people talking to it serving as another source of training data and partly Because unlike Humans it filters by the raw numbers without running it through emotional filters like whether it will cause division or hurt feelings
So I wonder if something symmetrical happened in Grok's case. I have a recollection that Grok was more based and that it's losing its basedness.
Grok is probably being used to attract deep state flies! Let them undermine it, while you document the attackers, for later arrests!

It gets its information from the internet and news sites. News sites lean severely left as we all know. I haven't noticed a change - it's always had lefty output for me.
Elon is in the middle of REPROGRAMMNG GROK now because of it being hijacked when he was away with D.O.G.E.
