This is huge. They need this to keep from getting pulled back into the cycle.
Sadly, many of these recovery groups are merely fronts to identify targets and suck those targets back in under a new owner. I hope that they did a good job of vetting to ensure that the groups that they are working with are legit and truly helping these victims.

That is a great idea for a discussion thread. It seems like a simple enough solution on the surface -- send them back to their parents, but the emotional damage needs to be dealt with. And for assorted reasons, not all the children can be sent back to their parents, so what happens to them? I have no real solutions to offer, but it is certainly worth a brainstorming session to talk about potential solutions, and to look carefully at the potential pitfalls of each solution.

There is a side of this I hadn’t completely considered before and that is kids ending up in exploitation scenarios due to circumstances they’re running from. This may explain why there aren’t parades and celebrations for the recovery of these kids. (No one to celebrate their return). Sounds like their families may have some responsibility from the start or simply don’t exist.

Could be snatched in places like Disney. How many thousands of people just enter every single hour? There are also employees that get arrested/caught in stings. I don't think anyone gets snatched at places like Disney if they are just visitors. They try very hard to keep the reputation pristine. Iconic things like Disney are used to suck kids into grooming schemes. The tunnels are probably used for the children that had already been sucked in via other mechanisms.

It seems to me that now that the border is closed, CPS has quadrupled down on its kidnapping children from homes to send off to be trafficked. I really hope the Trump admin comes down hard on the CPS traffickers, and soon.
If there isn't a medieval style wall on the border with machine gun towers every hundred yards, with a 50 ft wide moat filled with carnivorous sea creatures, backed up light armor vehicles, then the border is not closed. israel has their border locked down tight, courtesy of the US taxpayer.
