Tides: I agree. The sea level is ordained by God and cannot change any more than the climate can, so a disasterously high tide is impossible. Even if it was, this would be covered by the covenant not to cause fatal floods.
Heat: I also agree. No one has ever died during a heatwave, and these rarely if ever happen.
Wind: I'm not quite so sure here. God does send wind disasters (e.g. tornadoes) to punish those who have wronged him (e.g. in Blue States/Counties). They are not covered by the flood covenant. However, tornadoes are also sent to Gods faithful, which means they must be possible with the Deep State weather manipulation technology.
Another point could be that so many of these "climate disasters" seem to be caused by flooding. Wind, heat, high tides, not so much.
