Ok, you got me. One more response. I have worked outside for twenty-six years and can predict the weather with a fair level of accuracy. I can also recognize patterns better than most. Which is a large part of why i know what is going on and you refuse to believe it. Get back to trusting that nothing can fall on your head and staring at your feet. You are particularly good at missing points, which I can only assume is why you have shut your mind to the possibility that you are being played. "He who controls the weather, controls the world." - LBJ a very long time ago. Not so far off of when they were bragging about controlling the weather in Viet Nam, actually. A nicer guy would feel sorry for you.
If they could control the weather. In grad school, we were given a problem of how to clear an airport of fog using a laser to evaporate the droplets, with a fog speed of some low mph. What was the power requirement? It turned out to be huge beyond anyone's expectation. So, that was a lesson in how people can easily overestimate the ability to control weather.
Cloud-seeding? Okay, it happens and it seems to work. Military-grade operations in Vietnam? Okay, but the results seemed mixed. Fire suppression with water bombers? Yep, works just fine. Lots of paper studies, patents, and plans? Not worth the paper they are printed on. HAARP? Like trying to influence the weather by turning your household lights on and off.
I haven't shut my mind to anything---particularly not to atmospheric and applied physics. But I don't find goblins under my bed. Contrails are good indicators that a moist body of air is moving into the vicinity, with clouds and possibly rain to follow. Not because they are causing it, but because high-altitude increase in relative humidity precedes the main air mass. These things have diffuse boundaries.
Show me something and I will look. But you don't have anything to show.
