If you buy at a dispensary they have the lab test results on the label. They do test but who knows if the tests are corrupted or not.

They test for pesticides, mold, PM and “other” un named stuff. Still better than street weed. Best reason to grow your own but that is a lot harder than it sounds. A LOT!
