Blatant contempt of congress, they could hold him until he talks.

Edit: Apparently plead the 5th according to some accounts. Appoint a special prosecutor and grand jury for him, and revoke his ability to prescribe drugs, because he is either criminal or incompetent to know the laws about his practice.

Somebody had to keep juicing him up on amphetamines and other stuff before his debates and public appearances. Think it is this guy ? I would have thought it would be street-level substances, untraceable.
