Not sure why you see something wrong with this. Type 1 diabetes is a cruel thing for a child to live with and if they want to pretend with a doll that has their disability then why does it matter to you? If no one wants it then the product will flop and they’ll lose money. Who cares?

Have you ever used Chlorine Dioxide and DMSO. You can cure most anything with these two drugs.
