I dunno. I think if clicks was not the purpose, the post could have said:
"Full Unredacted Flight Logs were released publicly 'X years ago'! The Flight Manifest can be seen here!"
Give real information, instead of manipulating people into thinking that this is somehow new and somehow breaking just because of the Epstein Kerfuffle. It's a bit of a slippery slope, I think...
When "I'm doing this for a good cause" gets mingled with "I'll just spin (warp) the truth a little" well, slippery slope.
Note the comments on X under the post. The X-OP just grossly misrepresented what he was sharing. Thankfully, a lot of commentators aren't buying it.
I think the question was targeted to why is the original tweet spinning this like its Breaking! New! rather than the post on GAW, which thankfully does not repeat the spin. Quite.
The poster on X is rightfully (imo) getting a lot of flack from the commentators on X.
This isn’t new. Why are they treating this as if it’s new?
Because they want clicks.
This stuff isn't about you. Millions (maybe billions) more people are interested in these logs. "Clicks" get more eyes on the info.
Nobody goes to the theatre to watch a movie without a trailer. This is just more advertisement for the same trailer.

Because some have not seen.
Then put that in the title.
It has a Pepe Farm Remembers flair. This means it happened in the past

You can't see flairs in many mobile browsers
