Most likely the black spot is the location on the radar it self...given it's location it is likely the Lewis Airport's radar on the west bluff of the river at Lewis University near Romeoville.
After a crazy intoxicated night out, as the sun starts coming up, there are nine people crashed out on the floor, couch, and any available chair, why do we always have to have this guy?
