Met Ann & Nancy once at Pepperdine. Used to have a pretty serious thing for them. I liked their earlier stuff [like you have here] better, but then they switched to glam rock to adjust to the 80's. Nevertheless, Dreamboat Annie, Little Queen and Dog & Butterfly are good, solid albums. Bebe Le Strange has a couple of good tracks too. Crazy On You is a rock staple. On the Dog & Butterfly album, I like the second side. There's a song called Nada One that brings back memories. The studio version of Mistral Wind hits it pretty good. They're a lot older now and Ann had to suffer through cancer, plus they had a falling out but are back together again. I try and focus on their music and not their political views, because they are lefties.
Yeah they were hot in the 80’s for sure. As long as these artists just sing and shut up about their politics I’m good. But once they open their mouths and expose their true heart, I’m done with them and don’t look back.

Fog of war is thick. What is everyone watching and listening to? I have stopped following most everything, too much drama and I still feel cozy. Stopped Bards, he is very flip lately. I am down to DJT, Papi, +++, and Entheos and a few others on Truth. X22 once in a while. Curious how others are adjusting what they consume right now.
Real life in my garden, certain religious pod casters who are not political, just Biblical, just started watching a series on HBO called Silo, (somehow dystopian themes cheer me up, don't ask, I don't know why). Keeping my world smaller, but deeper. Its amazing how minding my own business keeps me grounded. Pouring boiling water on an anthill and observing, while observing my reaction to the impending chaos, helps keep my world in perspective. I am just a peasant lady, doing the peasant things, staying in prayer, trying not to speculate. The mind is more powerful than we know, which is why staying in prayer is the safest place to be. The serpent has not been defeated yet, and those apples are still very shiny to many peopple. I know he will be defeated, but before this last time, there will be bushels of apples to lead us this way and that.
I will have to check Silo out, I like dystopian things too.
Since this year began I have been busier than I ever remember. I don’t get as much time to listen to podcast as before because by the time I get caught up with the day and read the Bible, I’m sacked out. I come here to GAW as much as I can once a day to see what’s out there. I depend on you all more than you know. A few times a week while getting ready for work I will listen to someone. I always ask the Father what he wants me to know. What ever shows up first in my feed is what I go to. Sometimes it’s Q, sometimes it’s political, and sometimes it’s spiritual. . This week I have been deep into the Shawn Ryan show with Victor Marx. It’s awful and wonderful at the same time. So glad this showed up for me.
