Yes. This is most interesting. Military personnel serving as immigration judges, if it really happens, is a pretty clear sign of "military supervision" of "civilian courts", although these may be a variation (created by Congress, managed by POTUS?) with different appointment procedures.
We may see a legal challenge here as well to resolve Article II authority via SCOTUS.
